Why not give South a chance? Look how many Texas runners qualified foot locker. CA teams are good but not all of them and certainly not the \u00e2\u0080\u009cM\u00e2\u0080\u009d team for girls.  They only ran the B race at the Woodbridge and won the B race against some other schools whose A teams were much  better than them. I believe there are other teams who also performs much better than them throughout the season that deserves a spot at NXN.    I would cast a vote for the Texas teams that have been performing so well throughout the season. Let's just give CA three bids and 3 at-large bids, wait that is already happening.  Over past 10 years CA given automatic bid 12 times.   South got an at-large bid in 2016 and finished 8th that year.
